Nice place with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and an indoor pool. I'll never forget how the staff helped me with a phone charger on my first stay. I recommend it for a great experience. I'm coming back soon!

Location short walk to the onsite restaurant, Woodfield Mall and numerous restaurants and shopping centers. Extremely spacious immaculate rooms with nightstand, king beds. A great selection of options for great breakfast.

The room was super clean with modern finishes. It had a fridge, coffee machine, and a tv. I loved the indoor swimming pool area with a hot tub and comfy sun loungers. The fitness center was nice too. The location was perfect for visiting Medieval Times, and parking was free and easy access.

I loved how close the hotel was to both Paul Douglas Forest Preserve, ideal for leisurely walks, and LEGOLAND Discovery Center, perfect for families, great to effortlessly explore as we planned our weekend adventures.

I waited ages to get some, frustrating. Some areas felt a bit slick due to water from kids jumping in and out of the pool. Staff seemed inattentive at times, especially during check-in. I'd say the room amenities were lacking, especially when it comes to stocking essentials like soap or coffee. It seemed like they need to pay more attention to details and service.

Room cleanliness could use a serious upgrade as corners often gather dust, which isn't ideal for a place where you'd expect a thorough cleaning. Lastly, expected maintenance issues like a poorly functioning clock or awkward bathroom layout could dampen the experience for some guests.
